Introducing Azam Saiful who is currently working in one of the renowned German fashion brand ‘Tom Tailor’ as Head of Operations for Bangladesh and Pakistan operations.
Prior to that he worked as Senior Sourcing Operations Manager for the Hong Kong based apparel supply chain giant ‘Li & Fung’ who supplies products for brands like Tommy Hilfiger, American Eagle, Calvin Klein, Micheal Kors etc from Bangladesh. He started his career in Navana Group in Corporate HR & Administration and worked for business process restructuring in their SBUs of Toyota, Caltex Lubricants, Hino, Good Year Tyre, Real Estate, Textiles etc.
Currently he is the ‘Coordinator’ of the Buerys Forum (Country Managers Forum of lnternational Fashion Brands and Retailers in Bangladesh). He has been organising inter buying office cricket tournament as a ‘Chief Coordinator’ for last 6 years where 34 brands and retailers sourcing offices participated in last tournament.
During his student life in AIUB, he was very active as volunteer in organising 1st Inter Private University Games and 1st & 2nd Inter Private University Cricket Tournament.
He was a player of MIS football team that won 1st and 3rd inter department football tournament.
He is from BBA (MIS) 00-01 batch and also completed MBA from AIUB in Marketing and HRM.
