He has been working in retail, e-commerce, startups, supply chain and digital marketing since last 10 years. In this tenure, He worked in core team of Shwapno Strategic Planning, which is now a business worth 1,000 Cr/per year, He also worked in key role of developing Banglalink ICON Management.
In his business career he developed one of the top listed E-com brands of Bangladesh,Esho.com which is now also listed in a2i ek-shop project among other top 5 brands. He deployed projects like reverse logistics for value chain and buying agent development program with development organizations like Katalyst. As a startup entrepreneur He has featured in almost all daily newspapers and also he got involved with the ecosystem from back in 2013 with all his skill, expertise and experience. Startup Grind, Connecting Startup, Startup Dhaka, and Banglalink Innovator all the forum which are nurturing the innovation culture are closely associated with him
