2. Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability
3. Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
4. Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
5. Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
6. Arranging scheduled upgrades
7. Investigating faults in the network
