Position:Customer Experience Officer.
Selection Process: 2 step interview.

Responsibilities
- Indoor and outdoor marketing/campaign
- On-Site customer service.
- Creating video materials for marketing
- Solving customer queries with immediate action.
- Assist students in identifying suitable programs.
- Provide guidance and information regarding various educational paths and opportunities
- Research and analysis of university data.
- Student application processing.
- Administrative office works.
- Monthly board meeting attendance.
- Quick learner with a strong aptitude for learning new skills.
-Bachelor's degree completed from Business/marketing background.
-Must have expertise in Graphic Design, MS Office Suite/G-Suite, Computer Skills.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
Performance bonus, Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly), Yearly salary review, Sick leave, Annual Leave.
Office Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (6 days/week)
