Strong analytical ability to interact with clients while conducting requirements gathering, analysis and solution prototyping.
Work directly with other team members and the client to schedule and plan meetings to allow for planning and updates throughout the course of a project.
Need to create and maintain reports that allow the company to get information on daily activities.
Communicate with different internal software support team regarding all support related issues from stakeholders.
Preparation of solution documents, SRS, case studies, user manuals etc.
Maintaining and updating requirements documentation as needed throughout the software development life cycle.
Serving as a Liaison between the customer community and the software development team to gather and communicate requirements.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time regarding projects.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
