To develop maximum opportunities to generate sales volume with a view of exceeding Budget expectations for room, all F&B related sales and hotel recreational facilities to the assigned Travel / Corporate Market Segment.
Acquisition, Development and Retention Account Management and Business Development for assigned Travel / Corporate Market Segment.
To develop, implement and evaluate marketing opportunities in the assigned Travel / Corporate Market Segment.
To obtain and provide market and competitive intelligence.
To analyze, evaluate and qualify account production with the assistance of the DOS&M and implement sales action plans.
To prepare and execute daily sales calls in line with specific targets established and activities and ensure up-to-date reports are input in IDS system.
To develop and carry-out direct sales activities both on and off property in conjunction with the General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing maintaining a high level of exposure for the hotel.
To collect market intelligence on hotel competitors sales activities and promotions.
To work closely and enthusiastically with other department to ensure teamwork and a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
To recommend improvements in hotel operations where there are opportunities of improving service levels, increasing revenues or reducing costs.
To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Department Head from time to time
