? Leading and developing the PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) Lab-team which is undertaking the hardware and firmware development and maintenance of all hardware products of the PAYG product line.
? Directly reporting to and assisting the CTO, in particular in technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals and streamline company policies and rules.
? Responsible for team members, team development and its representation in management and company development processes.
? Responsible for the technology and product development, in particular by development of prototypes, testing, validation and maintenance of existing products using methods of embedded systems and power electronics engineering as well as and machine to machine (M2M) communication and others, in close coordination with the data team and product and project managers.
? Lead and contribute to the establishment of procurement and production processes that ensure scale of product deployment at safe and cost-effective design and operation.
? Support of field operations and maintenance where needed, in particular by ensuring technology transfer to the operations team.
