? Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of languages including but not limited to Ruby on Rails, Python, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, etc.
? Work closely with our product manager and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of monetization products.
? Use data science and user research to understand product performance and user feedback.
? Navigate product challenges & ambiguity, understand trade offs and work with cross-functional team to drive resolution.
? Mentor engineers on the team on technical and non-technical skill sets.
? Take full development to deployment responsibility, leading products through prototype, pilot and production.
? Oversee the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders.
? Drive internal and external corrective action plans.
? Actively participate in new customer development and new business development.
? Analyze performance information to understand and drive corrective action.
? Assist in developing project proposals and associated cost estimates.
? Be eager to explore new technologies and face unique user requirements.
