• Organize news coverage and manage a team of reporters.
• Allocate the assignments as per daily requirements of news
gatherings and provide all kinds of logistic support to the
reporters.
• Establish close links with important news contacts including
key figures of the community.
• Take special assignments, prepare reports and stories with
the suggestions of Chief News Editor and Head of News.
• Preparing daily duty roster and establish the accountability
for every team members in reporting and assignments.
• Conduct training of junior colleagues and motivate the
reporters for the best output in reporting journalism.
