Educational Qualification
Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline from any reputed institution
Job Description
Application and Software Engineer, provides second level support and maintenance for voice, charging, messaging, mobile money and other value services according to agreed Work Level Agreements and Service Level Agreement.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
2nd Level Assurance Support Activities
2nd Level Incident Management
Problem Management
Software Implementation Project delivery
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
Experience in support for real time systems and large scale solutions
Knowledge about Maintenance Service of Telecom Operations
IT/Telecom service understanding and Basic knowledge of telecom product
Problem Solving & strategic thinking.
Customer Support and SLA management
Must have DBA (Oracle) working experience
Project delivery Skill
Knowledge on BSS Product’s (CBS, Mobile Money, VAS, Cloud) will add more value
Unix/Linux administration skills, Shell scripting and DBA Expert level skill
Operations Processes & Interfaces (Fault Management, Change Management, Reporting)
General knowledge of IP infrastructure
Capable to work at day or night at onsite.
Should have good Network Equipment working experience, such as Switch, Router, and Firewall. CCNA CCNP preferred.
Should have good knowledge about Telecom Technical Services, such as Call flow, SMS, recharge, Digital Money etc.
Preferred Qualification and Experience Requirements
Knowledge and Idea about Work flow
Presentation & Communication skills
Total Years of Experience: 5+ Year of Maintenance and Implementation Experiences on Telecom / IT / Software area.
