1. Acceptance of terms
  Welcome to the ExAIUBian website! Please be informed that this website runs by a group of self motivated ExAIUBians who are doing the job voluntarily. Since it is a platform of ExAIUBians and run by ExAIUBians, AIUB officials and authorities are not related with this website at all. If any of the ExAIUBian wants to contribute for the betterment of the community are welcome to contact with us. We strongly discourage any sort of financial dealings among the members. If anyone do so that will be his/her own liability and responsibility. Members who are using this website/software and service means you are agreeing with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by the website maintenance authority from time to time without notice. Members will be able to review the most current version of the TOS at any time. Last but not the least your support and positive activity towards the bonding among the ExAIUBians are highly appreciated and will work as motivation and driving force for the volunteers who are working behind the website, Software, dreaming to be united, trying to make the slogan successful and meaningful #Together for each other.
2. Description of service
  It’s our pleasure to inform you that this website is a platform where the ex students will get an opportunity of employment, searching job, providing job advertisement, providing internship, posting suggestions, feedback, Seniors will be able to guide juniors and as well as junior will get the opportunity to know about the successful leaders of AIUB etc. This website will contain country wise alumni list and there contact information (with their permission) so that new graduates wants to go abroad for higher education or experienced ExAIUBians want to go for skilled migration can get benefited from other ExAIUBians. This website contains options like blood donation and will work as a platform to help & support of ExAIUBians who are in need of support from fellow members. Current students will get benefited also by requesting for sponsorship of fair, projects,events, seminar etc.
3. Your registration obligations
  In consideration of your use of this service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ExAIUBian has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ExAIUBian reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the ExAIUBian site (or any portion thereof).

5. Member account, password and security
  You need to submit email address upon signing up for registration in the ExAIUBian website. System will generate a random password which will be sent to your email address and provided mobile number. You can change password from your login panel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password. You agree to (a) immediately notify ExAIUBian of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. ExAIUBian cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.
6. Member conduct
  You understand that all information, data, messages or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not ExAIUBian, are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the site. The ExAIUBian does not control the Content posted and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will the ExAIUBian be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the site.You agree to not use the site to:

  - ExAIUBian and its partner, third party, sponsor, advertiser, members may have rights to do advertising on your provided but not limited to email, phone, address.
  - post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  - disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in exchanges;
  - interfere with or disrupt the site or servers or networks connected to the site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the site;
  - intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the Securities Agency and Government Commissions, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the Bangladesh Government agency’s, and any regulations having the force of law;
  - stalk or otherwise harass another; or
  - collect or store personal data about other users.

You acknowledge that the ExAIUBian does not pre-screen all Content, but that the ExAIUBian and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the site. No resale of service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the site, use of the site, or access to the site.

You acknowledge that the ExAIUBian may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the site, including without limitation the maximum number of days that message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the site, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the site in a given period of time.
